Glass & Ceramics Museum

The museum is in the Qajar-era building , first it was Built as a house for families of high class , later it became the Egyptian embassy and then changed into a museum in 1976. There are stuff from Eastern and Western style dating from the 2nd millennium BC till now ,graceful wooden staircase and classical stucco mouldings are delightful, and there are many delicate carvings and decorative flourishes. It has hundreds of exhibits.You can be familiar with the history of the country through the lovingly displayed glass and ceramics that remain.
